Important! Patients require a prescription from their physician in order to purchase CPAP machines. Please call us before faxing over the prescription form. Remember, masks are final sales.
In keeping with online sales policies by ResMed and Phillips/Respironics all purchases of CPAP machines can only be made after a consultation with one our our trained CPAP consultants, either at one of our offices or by our mobile services provide.

We accept all major credit cards (no additional fees) Bank Cheque and Money Order also accepted.
All CPAP equipment purchased maintains their factory warranties however we do not cover freight costs for repairs/faults and must be returned to original place of purchase. Payment must be received before goods will be dispatched. As we use Australia Post please allow 3-5 days in most areas for delivery. When purchasing goods from our site please state if you require insurance as this is an additional cost. Any CPAP equipment provided from us excludes hire and any promotional discounts from the purchase price. We are not responsible for redeeming any manufactures rebates or promotional gifts on your behalf .
Our return/refund policy on machines must be within 7 days of date of receipt and a 15% restocking fee will apply (consumable parts used will be charged to cover replacement costs). There are no refunds on masks if the sealed packaging has been opened. Please be advised that mask purchases are final sales due to health regulations. Additional fees may apply if you require mask fitting or if we provide home delivery service. We maintain the right to change pricing without notice please phone to confirm pricing as each site may vary on pricing.
