All CPAP equipment purchased maintains their factory warranties however we do not cover freight costs for repairs/faults and must be returned to original place of purchase. Payment must be received before goods will be dispatched. As we use Australia Post please allow 3-5 days in most areas for delivery. When purchasing goods from our site please state if you require insurance as this is an additional cost. Any CPAP equipment provided from us excludes hire and any promotional discounts from the purchase price. We are not responsible for redeeming any manufactures rebates or promotional gifts on your behalf .
Our return/refund policy on machines must be within 7 days of date of receipt and a 15% restocking fee will apply (consumable parts used will be charged to cover replacement costs). There are no refunds on masks if the sealed packaging has been opened. Please be advised that mask purchases are final sales due to health regulations. Additional fees may apply if you require mask fitting or if we provide home delivery service.
